My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a spacious restroom plus a huge balcony with a view of Mt Pilatus which was amazing. However, the rooms were on the small side. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and helpful, even giving recommendations for local delicacies and guiding me on exploring Luzern city center. The location, while convenient for walking to various eating options, was average as it lacked a view. The dining options were nice, with terrific coffee, but there was a mismatch in the 200 CHF shower flooding fee notice. The facilities were well-equipped, but there was some noise interference. The pricing was fair considering the value for money.
